『プチハレの日』というコンセプトのもと、出張や旅行のワクワクとホッとする安らぎを感じられるお店創りをした。
真ん中に屋根組を据えたオープン厨房を計画し、周囲に色鮮やかな仕上げを取り入れる事で、賑わいと上品さ兼ね備えた和モダン空間となっている。

Tonkatsu set meal restaurant opened on the first floor of Hotel Shuranza MAKUHARI BAY. Based on the concept of "petit hale no hi" (a petit sunny day), we created a restaurant where customers can feel the excitement and comfort of business trips and vacations. An open kitchen with a roof assembly in the center was planned, and colorful finishes were incorporated in the surrounding area to create a Japanese modern space that is both lively and elegant.
