『おもてなしの日』というコンセプトのもと、大切なシーンにもふさわしいお店創りをした。
格子組や土壁、木天井、暖簾、桧のカウンターなどを用いた数寄屋風の趣ある空間に、間接照明などのモダンな要素を取り入れている。

An authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurant opened on the first floor of Hotel Shranza MAKUHARI BAY. Based on the concept of "Omotenashi Day," the restaurant was created to be suitable for important occasions. The restaurant has an atmospheric sukiya-style space with latticework, earthen walls, wooden ceiling, noren (a bamboo blind), and a cypress counter, and incorporates modern elements such as indirect lighting.
